Dropmerce connects sellers, buyers and communities through trusted local hubs — zero warehouses, zero delivery fleet, zero capital to scale.
Dropmerce was founded in Accra, Ghana with a simple belief: Africa doesn't need Western logistics infrastructure — it needs infrastructure built for African realities. Dense urban communities, trusted local businesses, and motorcycle riders already form the arteries of commerce. We built the operating system on top.
Our hub-to-hub relay model turns local businesses into logistics nodes. Sellers drop off. Buyers pick up or choose home delivery. Riders complete the last mile. No warehouses. No fleet. No capital requirements to scale.
Today, Dropmerce powers delivery for Salliba Marketplace and is expanding across West Africa with a licensing model designed for every city on the continent.
Every community deserves reliable commerce infrastructure. Dropmerce builds decentralised networks that let goods move freely — from seller to hub to buyer — powered by trusted local partners, not corporate fleets.
By 2030, we aim to have active Dropmerce hubs in 50+ African cities — enabling same-day commerce in communities that have never had reliable delivery infrastructure.
We don't build warehouses or operate delivery vehicles. We build software, train partners, and create the network. Local businesses and independent riders power the physical infrastructure.
