These terms apply specifically to Dropmerce Hub Partners operating within the network.
A Hub Partner is an approved business operating a Dropmerce pickup and drop-off point. Approval is granted by Dropmerce after location verification and training completion.
Hub Partners must: scan all incoming packages using the Hub app, store packages safely until collected, allow sellers to drop off during operating hours, facilitate both buyer self-collection and rider pickup, and maintain a scan accuracy rate above 95%.
Hub Partners earn a fee per package handled (drop-off, buyer pickup, and rider collection all qualify). Earnings are calculated weekly and paid to the partner's registered MoMo number every Friday.
Hub Partners are responsible for packages from the moment of scan-in until scan-out. Dropmerce covers insurance for packages lost or damaged while in hub custody, subject to the partner maintaining proper storage conditions.
Dropmerce may terminate hub status for: scan accuracy below 90% for 2 consecutive weeks, verified package mishandling, operating outside agreed hours without notice, or violation of these terms.
