Standards all Dropmerce Riders must follow to maintain network integrity and earn trust.
Dropmerce Riders are independent contractors, not employees. Riders choose their own hours, areas, and volume of deliveries. Dropmerce does not provide employment benefits, insurance, or guaranteed earnings.
Riders must: collect packages from hubs by scanning out with the Rider app, transport packages securely and without damage, deliver to the buyer's specified address or self-collection point, and confirm delivery using the buyer's OTP code.
Riders must treat all buyers, hub staff, and sellers with respect. Harassment, intimidation, or unprofessional behaviour will result in immediate suspension from the network.
Riders must NOT: open or tamper with packages, misrepresent delivery status, accept payment outside the Dropmerce system, carry prohibited goods, or share OTP codes without completing verified delivery.
Motorised riders must maintain a roadworthy vehicle with valid registration. Dropmerce may require proof of roadworthiness. Riding without a valid licence is grounds for immediate removal from the network.
Rider earnings are calculated per completed delivery and paid weekly to the registered MoMo number. Disputes about earnings must be raised within 72 hours via the Rider app.
