Dropmerce is a hub-to-hub commerce relay network based in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information from hub partners, riders, and users of the Dropmerce network.
We collect: name, email address, phone number, business address (for hub partners), Ghana Card number (for identity verification), location data (for riders, when active), and transaction records (package scans, deliveries).
We use your data to: operate the Dropmerce network, verify identity of hub partners and riders, process payments and earnings, send delivery notifications via SMS, improve our service through analytics, and comply with Ghanaian law.
We share data with Salliba Marketplace (our primary commerce partner), payment processors for earnings payouts, and Ghanaian authorities when legally required. We do not sell your data to third parties.
