Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern your use of the Dropmerce network.
By using Dropmerce services — as a hub partner, rider, API user, or network participant — you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
Dropmerce provides logistics infrastructure connecting sellers, hub partners, riders, and buyers. We are an intermediary network operator, not a courier or seller.
Hub partners must: maintain a safe and accessible physical location, operate during agreed hours, scan all packages in and out accurately, treat packages with care, and comply with all Ghanaian laws.
Riders are independent contractors. They must: maintain a roadworthy vehicle, handle packages with care, confirm deliveries via OTP, and operate honestly within the network.
You must not: tamper with packages, misrepresent delivery status, collude to defraud buyers or sellers, handle prohibited goods, or use Dropmerce infrastructure for illegal purposes.
Dropmerce is not liable for loss or damage to packages beyond the limits set in individual partner agreements. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the affected transaction.
